There are things that happened to us in the past that shape us in a negative way today. I am here for those who are ready to take the bold and courageous step to heal from the emotional pain and distress from the past in order to help you live a more fulfilling life in the present. Today's stressors can cause distress that impact the quality of our lives and I am here to provide a way to heal and manage those feelings. My practice is focused on helping others break free of traumas, depression, anxiety, racial stress, and anything else that is prohibiting you from living the life you want. I offer caring, insightful, cognitive behavioral therapy approaches that help clients to understand where the distress originates from and learn ways to to improve their emotional and mental health.

wHAT IS tHERAPY?

Psychotherapy is simply a safe space where, without judgement you can receive compassionate and empathetic listening while helping you to untangle and understand your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Doing so allows you to heal and live your life in a more engaged, productive, and healthy way. The goal would be to have a healthy mind, regulated emotions, and more positive interactions with friends, family, and co-workers.

Telehealth therapy

Individual therapy is provided online, utilizing a HIPAA compliant video platform. While it is convenient, it is not the appropriate service for everyone and can sometimes come with it’s own challenges. If you become a client, services are provided through a secure and HIPAA compliant portal.
